The strategic shift

From one-time events to a repeatable community delivery network.

PUF has built programs, curriculum, governance tools, youth enrichment pathways, and AI-readiness concepts. The Community Alliance creates trusted places where those assets can come alive through local partners.

Programs become experiences

Workshops, camps, family events, and leadership labs become recurring community opportunities.

Partners gain value

Partners gain visibility, trusted programming, foot traffic, goodwill, and meaningful community connection.

PUF scales impact

The Alliance gives PUF a sustainable pathway for partnerships, sponsorships, volunteers, impact data, and program delivery.

How partnership works

A simple operating model keeps the work clear and fair.

1. Listen

We begin by understanding the partner's mission, audience, space, goals, needs, and best-fit collaboration opportunities.

2. Plan

We define one practical pilot, clarify roles, align promotion, identify any costs, and confirm what materials are approved for use.

3. Launch

We deliver a simple community experience that is safe, useful, mission-aligned, and easy for partners and families to understand.

4. Measure

We document attendance, participation, stories, volunteer hours, partner feedback, and next steps for improvement or expansion.

Governance-first partnership

Mission delivery stays connected to clear ownership and licensing boundaries.

The Community Alliance is a People United Foundation initiative. When Alliance programs use The 4 Lessons, LEAP, ZGirl, characters, curriculum, stories, graphics, apps, media concepts, or related educational assets, that use must be documented through written permission, license, or program-use authorization from the appropriate rights holder.

No Community Alliance partner receives ownership, resale rights, sublicensing rights, merchandise rights, media production rights, or independent reuse rights unless expressly authorized in writing.
