Access + governance: Public self-directed PUF learning remains free. Optional giving never changes learner access or treatment. Paid workforce assets are not used as a paywall for the free pathway. GLS commercial courses and credentials remain separately governed, and The 4 Lessons / 4LIU creative IP remains separately governed.
