Access rule: A donation is never required to start or complete the public self-directed PUF Learning pathway. Giving does not change course access, completion status, or learner treatment.

Existing financial infrastructure • reconciled

PUF's live payment infrastructure already includes general giving, recurring support, workforce offerings, and workforce sponsorship assets. Those assets are preserved. Existing Workforce Standard and Plus options are not treated as a fee for the free self-directed pathway; paid value and fulfillment must be confirmed before those options are surfaced here.
Financial + credential governance: Existing verified payment assets are reused rather than recreated. No donation buys access or a credential. Formal PUF completion records or certificates require an approved implementation and completion standard. GLS commercial products and credentials and The 4 Lessons / 4LIU IP remain separately governed.
