Compliance & privacy

Clear boundaries, respectful data practices

We aim to earn trust through transparency about what we do, what we do not do, and how we handle information. This page is written for funders, partners, and reviewers who need clarity — without legal fog.

Analytics & tracking

We do not run ad pixels or behavioral tracking. We avoid analytics that identifies individuals. Donation payments are processed by Stripe on its secure infrastructure.

Privacy

  • We do not sell donor information.
  • We aim to minimize data collection and retain only what is needed for operations and stewardship.
  • If you contact us, we use your information to respond and for basic stewardship as appropriate.

Program boundaries

  • Our programming is educational and capacity-building, not clinical therapy or legal advice.
  • We do not provide credentialing, certification, or formal verification through this website.
  • Participants are encouraged to verify critical information and seek professional advice when needed.

AI posture

  • AI literacy in our programs is non-technical and human-centered: judgment, verification, and ethics.
  • We do not deploy AI systems as products that make decisions for participants.
  • We emphasize bias and misinformation awareness and responsible use.

Security

  • We use reputable vendors for payment processing (Stripe) and modern hosting and security practices.
  • No system is risk-free; we work to reduce risk through disciplined operations and minimal data handling.

Non-negotiables

What we never do

These are structural guardrails — not marketing language. If a partnership requires any of the items below, we will not proceed.

  • Surveillance, monitoring, or “behavior tracking” of participants
  • Risk scoring, predictive analytics, or automated eligibility decisions about people
  • Selling, renting, or sharing participant data for advertising or profiling
  • Secret data collection or unclear consent mechanisms
