Funder Brief FAQ

Reviewer-safe answers to common diligence questions. This page is intentionally conservative and aligned with institutional review norms.

Is this a pilot or a scaled program?

PUF is designed to support both pilots and scaled delivery. Where pilots are used, we label them clearly and avoid outcome inflation. Scaling is pursued only with partner readiness, documented safeguards, and clear reporting posture.

How is AI used without becoming hype or risk?

AI is framed as a capability that supports learning, planning, and responsible operations — never a substitute for human judgment. We do not use AI for surveillance, risk scoring, or automated enforcement.

What data is collected and retained?

PUF defaults to minimal data collection. Where data is required for delivery or reporting, it is purpose-limited, consent-based, and governed by partner agreements. We avoid ad tracking and do not sell participant data.

What are the non-negotiable safeguards?

No surveillance, no participant scoring, no opaque automated decisions, and no punitive workflows. Human oversight, transparent consent, and audit-friendly documentation are core requirements.

What does success look like in the first 90–180 days?

Clear scope, partner alignment, delivery cadence, and measurable outputs (e.g., cohorts served, completion, and program milestones). Outcomes are reported conservatively and only where measurement is appropriate and supported.
