Review the real learner experience end to end before broader activation.
This pilot uses the production classroom and approved media. Reviewers should complete the experience as a learner would, then submit structured feedback on usability, learning quality, accessibility, media, and trust.
Pilot rule: Test the production learner experience. Do not use sensitive personal information in practice prompts or notes. Report defects and confusing behavior rather than working around them.
Reviewer path
Complete one clean learner journey.
A useful pilot is more than clicking through pages. Use the media, complete practice, answer checks, mark progress, refresh the page, return to the course, and test at least one module on mobile.
01Enter
Open the classroom and confirm Module 1 presents rendered video, studio narration, and a caption track.
02Learn
Play the episode, use Listen only, open the transcript, complete practice notes, and answer the knowledge check.
03Progress
Mark modules complete, move forward and backward, refresh, then confirm progress and notes remain available.
04Report
Submit structured feedback with the device/browser used and the highest-priority improvement.
End-to-end QA
Ten checks that determine pilot readiness.
Review against observable learner behavior. A defect is actionable when the report includes module, device/browser, what was expected, and what actually happened.
Narration
Studio narration is audible, understandable, and synchronized enough for the learning experience.
Captions
English captions are available and readable for the rendered learning episode.
Navigation
Modules 1–10 open correctly from the rail, next/previous controls, and direct module links.
Practice
Working notes accept text and remain available on the same device after returning.
Knowledge checks
Answers can be selected and immediate feedback is clear and accurate.
Progress
Completed modules and course progress persist locally after refresh or return.
Mobile
The classroom remains usable on a phone without hidden controls, clipped text, or unusable media.
Accessibility
Keyboard navigation, labels, captions, readable contrast, and transcript access support practical use.
Trust
Synthetic-media disclosure, privacy guidance, responsible-AI prompts, and human-review checkpoints are clear.

Each module should open from its direct classroom link and preserve the same production media, practice, knowledge-check, privacy, and human-review experience.

Governance boundary: This pilot evaluates PUF's nonprofit AI & Workforce Readiness learner experience. It does not create a new LMS, transfer GLS proprietary IP, or alter 4LIU creative ownership. Pilot evidence should be used to improve the existing governed PUF learning implementation before scale.
